My passion is building large teams that can deliver an outstanding customer experience, year on year commercial growth and leading through change. To achieve all that I ensure that people in my teams are at the heart of what we do. I have had nearly 10 years experience of leading large remote teams across the South of England in retail and business banking. My current role is across Greater London and Kent, leading over 300 fantastic TSB partners across 58 branches with my team of cluster and flagship managers. I have had experience in a booming building society with fast change and growth, time in a bank reducing branches and trying reduce costs by creating efficiencies, and more recently time in TSB rebuilding a team, developing some fantastic people and contributing to a significant infrastructure change programme in 2018.
