Jaebadiah S. Gardner

Jaebadiah S. Gardner is an African-American, Mexican-American business man, multi-family real estate developer, author and is the Founder & CEO of GardnerGlobal, Inc., a privately held holding company. Jaebadiah earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and later earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Western Michigan Law School. Prior to development Jaebadiah worked for Turner Construction building commercial high-rises in downtown Seattle. He has built up a client base of private and non-profit clients in the real estate development space providing feasibility, pre-development and development services. Jaebadiah latest projects consist of the development of the Liberty Bank Building in Seattle’s Central District; a $33 million dollar, 115-unit affordable housing building. Additionally, GardnerGlobal currently has over $9M dollars of land under contract in the city of Seattle with $125 million dollars of future development opportunity that will yield 600+ units of future market rate, workforce and affordable housing. Jaebadiah most recently lead the efforts to close a $3.75 million dollar land acquisition deal in the Central district where he looks to develop 170 units of mixed income housing. Jaebadiah specializes in bringing together government, private capital, community and design partners to overcome complex project hurdles. He has served as a part-time instructor for the University of Washington, Bellevue College and Seattle Central College. He currently serves as a Board of Trustee for the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and President of the University of Washington MAP Board.
