Having a background in Molecular Biology from Aarhus University, Rune Rønhave Laursen has worked professionally with development of healthy, functional ingredients and finished formats for more than a decade. For the most part with large companies like Arla, DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences and Danisco, but more recently also as an entrepreneur and independent biohacking consultant for professional football clubs. Around 4 years ago, Rune laid the foundation for the company Clutch Cognition, together with a medical doctor and a nutritionist, in order to try to change the drinking habits of the world for the better. The result is a recently launched patent-protected, plant-powered brain drink sharing name with the company.
