Ian is a board advisor to wealth managers, software firms and fin-techs, helping solve business and technology challenges and opportunities. He brings industry insights, strategy, marketing, client understanding and modern technology experience to assist firms on their journey to meet evolving good practice, be future ready and well positioned ahead of the next wave of industry and competitive disruption.

With international experience and an extensive network, he is a recognised industry thought leader and author and serves on the editorial advisory boards of leading wealth management publications. Ian also helps build the next generation of industry talent through mentoring the U.K. PIMFA industry association under 40 leadership committee. In recognition of outstanding contributions to the industry, he received the 2022 PBI (Private Banker International) London Industry Ambassador Award.

Previously, Ian has held senior roles with Accenture, helping achieve the successful post-acquisition integration of Orbium, a software integrator, into the firm. Prior to this, he was with IBM and PwC, serving their global financial services clients with the design and delivery of various business led, technology enabled change initiatives.

Caroline Babayéguidian is a Director in Sustainability at UBS AG based in Zurich. She primarily focuses on ESG risks and opportunities as well as related regulations and international standards. She has also developed a strong expertise on the Nature & Biodiversity loss topic in the financial industry. Prior to joining UBS in 2022, Caroline worked for several international leading banks such as Deutsche Bank, Rothschild and Credit Suisse across various businesses especially in private banking and wealth management. Caroline holds a Master of Science degree in Banking & Finance from the EM Lyon University and holds the CFA in ESG investing as well as the Biodiversity & Finance certificate from the University of Zurich.

Yiping Li is the Chief Operating Officer for Deutsche Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. as well as for the DB International Private Bank for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

She also holds a Master of Science degree in Information System Engineering from the University of Twente, the Netherlands.

Burkhard is the former Global Chief Investment Officer at Credit Suisse and currently Head of Investments at
Credit Suisse, a UBS Group Company. He has about 30 years of investment experience and advises large
investors around the globe. Burkhard is a regular public speaker, author of books and publishes regular market
commentaries.
Burkhard earned a doctorate in Economics at the University of St. Gallen and was awarded an honorary doctorate
(Dr. h.c.) in International Relations from the Geneva School of Diplomacy.
In 2004, Burkhard founded the children-charity ‘Kids of Africa’, which runs a village for homeless children in
Uganda (www.kids-of-africa.com). In 2006, he was awarded the Swiss Re Civilian Services Prize. Burkhard used
to serve on the Tate Modern Acquisition committee and currently acts as a trustee to the board of the Museum
Haus Konstruktiv, Zurich as well as friends of the Kunsthaus Zurich.

Reto Cueni joined Vontobel Asset Management in 2014 as a Senior Economist. In 2020, he was appointed Chief Economist. He focuses on longer-term topics to support Vontobel’s positioning as a thought leader and to shape the company’s strategic asset allocation principles.

Prior to joining Vontobel Asset Management, from 2009 to 2014, he worked as an empirical researcher and lecturer at the Economics Department of the University of Zurich. Today still he is a guest lecturer at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). He started his career in 2006 as a quantitative analyst in Equity Research at Vontobel Investment Banking.

Reto studied at the University of Zurich, at Universita degli Studi in Siena, and at the Columbia University in New York. He holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Economics from the University of Zurich.

Aurélie Maillard was appointed Head of Private Equity for Societe Generale Private Banking Europe in July 2022.

Aurélie Maillard started her career in 2014 at Banque Privée 1818 (now Natixis Wealth Management) as a Private Banker in charge of business development for the wealth management offering of regional Caisses d'Epargne. She then joined Flexstone Partners (a subsidiary of Natixis IM, a global private assets specialist with $9.6 billion in assets under management) in 2017, first in the Paris office and then in the Geneva office, as Vice President in the Investor Relations and Business Development team.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Law from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK, Aurélie Maillard continued her legal studies in France with a Master's degree in Business Law from UPEC and a Master's degree in Wealth Law, Notary Track, from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University. She is also a graduate of the Grande École programme (Master of Science in Management) of EM Lyon Business School.

Jon Duncan began his career in 1996 in South Africa, where he held roles in environmental research, consulting, and engineering. As a senior sustainability researcher and consultant at Trialogue between 2004 and 2006, Jon designed and implemented corporate sustainability and social investment strategies. In 2006, he became a partner at Environmental Resource Management, focused on climate and sustainability for Southern Africa.
