Joined the insurance industry as a school leaver over 30 years ago, completed Masters Degree while in full time employment, and has held a broad range of roles from mailroom to boardroom both as an insurer and broker.

These roles include

– Managing Director AXA Personal Lines Intermediary with P&L accountability for +£350m Gross Written Premium across brokers, intermediaries, networks and MGA.

– Head of Insurance (MD) for Sainsburys Bank, including setting up the broker model for Car & Home Insurance and P&L accountability for 500k+ customer across Car, Home, Pet, Travel and Life, circa £125m+ Gross Written Premium

– Chief Customer Officer at Atlanta Group, accountable for marketing, product, digital operations, continuous improvement, conduct Assurant and complaints for 2 million customers across 14 brands

– Group Chief Customer Officer for Freedom Group Services, including Stella UK and Stella Australia.

Accountability – Customer, Project Office, Insurer Relationships, Stella UK & Aus.

Passionate about the insurance industry and driving success by putting the customer first and developing/retaining talent. A strong advocate of insurance as a career choice.
