He successfully introduced advanced control systems, automated business cycles, and developed ERP ecosystems throughout TMG’s branches across the Middle East. His efforts in adopting cutting-edge smart solutions have contributed to the company’s organizational growth and enhanced adaptability. Additionally, he played a key role in shaping the Group's IT organizational structure to support its transition into a leading regional developer with a global footprint and the largest provider of premium real estate and hospitality services in Egypt.

Ahmed is highly specialized in large-scale SAP implementations and holds various industry certifications that complement his expertise.

Before joining TMG, Ahmed built over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, collaborating with leading brands in FMCG, telecom, and real estate. His expertise spans IT systems alignment, budget and resource management, project leadership, and team development.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Sadat Academy for Management Science. He is based in Cairo, Egypt.
