Josh Fyffe
Product Manager - Cell & Gene Therapy Orchestration Systems

Josh is a global product owner for cell and gene therapy (CGT) orchestration systems at Roche since November 2022. In his current role, Josh oversees the platforming of the CGT portfolio onto various solutions in alignment with business priority to facilitate end-to-end order life cycle more efficiently and mitigate key operating risks.

Before Roche, Josh worked across several CGT programs and clients while consulting for Deloitte. As a member of the team delivering the first autologous cell therapy commercialized product to the US, Josh has defined and evolved end-to-end requirements, along with having experience translating CGT processes into actionable systems architectures, integration design, data modelling and development for commercial scaling.

Josh has supported the platforming of Roche's commercial gene therapy product market launches and is now in the process of onboarding several clinical products to a broader set of solutions in 2025.

Outside of work Josh enjoys scuba diving, racquet sports, eating out and traveling, and has been to over 30+ countries. He currently lives in Chicago with his partner and two dogs.
