Des is the UK GenAI Pursuit and Strategy Lead at Dell Technologies. During his time at Dell, Des focused on Cyber Resilience and MultiCloud across Finance, Media and Telecoms and Oil and Gas. ​

Emily Campbell-Ratcliffe is Head of AI Assurance at the UK’s Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT). Emily leads DSIT’s efforts to support the growth of an ethical, trustworthy, and effective AI assurance ecosystem in the UK, a key pillar of support for realising the UK’s AI governance framework. She represents the UK at the OECD’s Working Party on AI Governance, and is also part of the OECD.AI network of experts, contributing to their Expert Groups on AI Risk & Accountability and Compute & Climate. Emily has worked in AI policy for several years, and prior to joining government worked in the private sector on international AI governance policy. Outside of her roles she has published work on the responsible publication of AI research, and how to manage its risks.

Dale has over 10 years of data analytics experience in the asset & wealth management industry covering audit, compliance and cloud transformation programmes. Dale leads the Client Insights & Analytics team for NatWest Trustee & Depositary Services. He has a Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology from the University of Leeds and certifications for SQL, Python programming and the CFA Investment Management Certificate

Rowena has an international career in banking and FSIs, working in Singapore, Hong Kong, Manila, Warsaw and London in transformational change roles and start-ups.

As the founding CEO of Stanchart’s newest subsidiary in Poland, she established Eastern Europe’s premier cyber security centre of excellence as well as the entire physical and operational infrastructure and a highly tuned branding program.

Ms Carter is Chief Data, Information and Technology Officer (CDITO) at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Previously she was CIO Enterprise Systems and CIO Global Operations for News Corp and led strategic relationships with technology partners and social media platforms. Chris has experience across FMCG retail, banking, automotive, marketing & insurance industries having worked as a practitioner of data science and product developer through to a leader & strategist of data science capability and transformation. Mauricio Toro holds a PhD in Computer Science from Université de Bordeaux, France. As the principal data scientist at Cheddar,
best newcomer at the British Bank Awards 2024, he developed solutions to maximize user savings using AI and NLP.
Previously, as a technical leader at a large fintech company in latin america, he developed solutions for customer feedback
summarisation using AI and NLP.

Dr. Iain Brown is the Head of Data Science for Northern Europe and an Adjunct Professor of Marketing Data Science at the University of Southampton, renowned for his extensive expertise in AI and machine learning across various sectors. He is the author of "Mastering Marketing Data Science: A Comprehensive Guide for Today's Marketers," which consolidates his deep knowledge in leveraging data science for marketing effectiveness. An accomplished speaker and leader, Dr. Brown continues to shape the future of data-driven strategies and innovation in data science education and application.

Yoni Malchi is a Managing Director in WWT’s AI & Data Consulting organization.  He has 15 years of experience leveraging AI and Data capabilities to drive value in Fortune 500 companies. Yoni, who currently leads a team of Management Consultants, Data Scientists and Data Engineers that focus on building end-to-end AI Solutions, was recently ranked one of the Top 25 Artificial Intelligence Consultants and Leaders of 2023 by The Consulting Report.​

Prior to joining WWT, Yoni was an Executive Director at JPMorgan in their Intelligent Solutions group, leading a cross-functional team that built data insight products for the Consumer and Commercial Bank. Yoni began his career at the Aerospace Corporation where, for over twenty Air Force and NASA rocket launches, he analyzed massive data sets (from the Atlas-5 and Delta-4 launch vehicles) to identify launch risks and optimize performance. Yoni co-authored the chapter on Liquid Propulsion in the Encyclopedia of Aerospace Engineering.​

During his time at WWT, Yoni launched the WWT AI R&D program in 2018 and currently has two patents pending in the AI space.  He received a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.  In his free time, Yoni enjoys spending time with his wife and twin 9-year-old daughters and playing as much tennis as possible!
