This year’s forum seeks to cover the most pressing issues that banks have identified as the greatest obstacles to innovation. Unlike other events, the European Banking Forum ensures coverage of a wide range of topics allowing for a greater understanding of how to formulate one overarching strategy as well as topic specific ones. 

The forum will go beyond identifying the key technologies that have become most prominent in digital transformation such as AI and data analytics, but will also explore the various implementations and uses of these technologies. These sessions will be designed to not only showcase the successful application of such technologies but also the potential risks and how to avoid them.

This year’s forum will also adopt a particular focus on customer experience and creating the most desirable end to end user experience. This will help shed light on not only how to remain competitive but also how to keep up with changing consumer expectations in the face of an ever changing digital landscape.

As fintechs and start-ups continue to evolve and grow, the importance of banks establishing successful third party partnerships does too. This is why the forum shall also debate and exhibit how best to make and maintain these relationships to keep up with the fast pace of innovation.
