Meet the speakers – what to expect from ESI 2018

Each year ESI brings together leading retailers from the breadth of the UK marketplace and 2018 will be no different:

The booming cosmetics and personal care sector will be represented by 4 of the biggest names in the business; Coty, The Body Shop, Essity Product Group and Philips Personal Care & Beauty will be presenting case studies on how they’ve approached shopper insight research and translated this into new products and consumer strategies.

They’ll be joined by leading brands from the food and beverage sector, including Premier Foods, 2 Sisters Food Group, Winterbotham Darby, Asahi and Mondelez! This great line-up of companies will cover a huge range of topics from discount shopping, differentiating between the consumer and shopper and how to create growth in markets. Through a series of keynotes, presentations and round-tables you’ll leave the event with an extensive overview of the challenges and opportunities for F&B in the UK.

The tobacco industry will also be represented, featuring British American Tobacco this portion of the educational sessions will highlight how to develop insight strategies within mature organisations and how to maximise return on investment in research.

ESI can’t ignore the thriving toy segment and we’re delighted to be joined by 2 of the top 5 worldwide brands; LEGO and Hasbro will be debating how to enhance the customer experience at the point of sales to support growth and customer satisfaction. mySupermarket will be representing the retailers point of view, highlighting how to drive growth through eCommerce strategies and how to leverage investments through data use and strategic leadership.

With a huge array of brands and companies, the diversity of the ESI educational programme will facilitate open debate and transferable lesson sharing. We aim to foster an approachable environment, where the audience are encouraged to get involved in the discussion, can your company afford to not be represented at this free to attend event?
