Your health and safety comes first, which is why we are strictly adhering to the latest guidance from the World Health Organization, to ensure measures that will safeguard our guests, the industry, and the larger community as a whole. We can do this together.
Here’s how we are making OCT Southeast a COVID-safe event in 2022:
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, your health and safety comes first. It’s mandatory to supply a negative COVID-19 Test (PCR or Antigen) at the time of registration (either a photo or the test itself). The test must not be older than 24 hours of entering the event. To miss any queues at registration, and if you have access to a Rapid Test, we advise doing this before you arrive. We will have rapid testing available onsite, should you require.
Masks will be available onsite.
Lunches and other refreshments will be served as “grab and go”
Exchange of contact information with exhibitors will be contactless. Contactless agendas will also be available via QR codes placed around the event
Enhanced deep cleaning and disinfection before, during and after event for ongoing sanitisation especially in/on high contact areas and fixtures.
Hand washing and sanitisation are easier and more accessible than ever at our events. You’ll find frequent sanitisation stations for disinfection and peace of mind.
Seating will be spread out in the session rooms, exhibition and other areas of the event
We strongly ask for all participating attendees to be fully vaccinated. However, with the rise of the Omicron variant and the new requirement for all attendees to test negative before entering, vaccination is not mandatory at this event.
