Having spent over a decade in the food and beverage industry, her primary focus has been on Product Development with a lens toward ingredient innovation. Daria’s great understanding of the global needs for reformulation and innovation allows her to identify how new sweetness technology can have the greatest impact.
Her passion for making low sugar products tasting amazing is closely linked to her personal values. She is based in Reading, England.
