Martin is the Global Head of Digital Product for Custody and Fund Services, which sits within the Prime, Futures and Securities Services business at Citi.
Martin has over 20 years of industry experience gained across Custody and Fund Services within Product, Technology and Operations. Globally focused on Data Strategy solutions, Artificial Intelligence (ML, NLP, Vision, and Speech) and Emerging Technologies. Providing external and internal CFS clients with an exceptional user experience across a vast range of online applications.
Before joining Citi in 2017, Martin spent 10 years at State Street leading their EMEA digitisation strategy for client engagement and was the EMEA product owner for client facing applications across Global Services.
Prior to State Street, Martin held roles at J.P. Morgan, Northern Trust and BNY Mellon.
