Peter Pappas leads the Commercial organization at Califia Farms, with primary responsibility for delivering the top-line revenue targets for North America, UK and Australia. In addition to the sales function, Pete is responsible for the commercialization of new products, category management & insights, revenue management and shopper marketing functions. He is an expert at leading and managing teams that work with large, complex customers and business challenges. An agile and accomplished senior executive, he has a proven history of generating outstanding sales and profit growth in challenging and highly competitive industries. He is recognized as an energizing leader who sets strategic direction and provides the tools, resources and infrastructure that enable organizations to exceed their objectives.
Pete joined Califia Farms in January 2019 after four years with Advantage Solutions, the leading sales and marketing agency in the United States, where he was the EVP of Sales Operations and Business Development. Prior to Advantage, Pete worked at Dean Foods as the Chief Customer Officer/SVP Sales & Marketing. Pete was Vice President of US Sales for SAB Miller from 2005 to 2009, and before joining SAB Miller, he held positions of increasing responsibility with Pepsi Cola and PepsiCo from 1989 – 2005.
