Alastair has worked across Financial Services Industry for the last 20 years. In the last 10 years his focus has been on the design, delivery and support of proprietary and 3rd party customer solutions focused on electronic trade execution. He currently manages a global team who support HSBC’s award winning Single Dealer Platform Evolve (https://www.gbm.hsbc.com/evolve/overview), which services the Markets and Securities Services divisions Corporate and Institutional clients. Whilst by no means an Insurance expert (other than in a personal capacity) he is looking forward to sharing some insight on Client Digital Experience from an Investment Banking point of view, a look back on how things have changed and the innovative and exciting new technologies that the Banking sector are embracing to continually enhance customer interactions.
