Carl founded CROSSIP in 2020, a range of non-alcoholic spirits made from botanical ingredients and boasting superior flavour and body. Inspired by his love for cocktails, his passion for fitness and his support for mental health issues, Carl was driven to design a better-tasting alcohol-free utilising his cocktail expertise and Unapologetically Bold way of thinking. Having 20 years working in hospitality, Carl has refined his skills in the development of beverages, brands and operations of the bar industry. Now he is the founder and head of production and innovation at CROSSIP making sure every batch of this multi-award-winning AF spirit has his seal of approval and expert production touch.
