Private Breakfast Briefing: Financial services: Upgrade your UX with a one-identity strategy

In today's digital world, customers and partners won't tolerate poor user experiences from legacy financial organisations. Millennials and Gen Z, the largest adult cohort globally, expect streamlined, personalised, secure access to financial services and are willing to switch providers if dissatisfied. Many incumbents struggle to compete due to legacy systems, resulting in multiple logins and a fragmented view of financial products. As a result, nimble FinTechs provide a hyper-personalised experience, causing concern among 88% of banks, insurers, and investment managers according to a PwC study.

  • What are the expectations of Millennials and Gen Z when it comes to accessing financial services?
  • How do legacy systems impact the user experience for customers of financial services incumbents?
  • What are the consequences for financial organizations that fail to provide a satisfactory user experience?
  • What are the main concerns of customers and partners in the digital world regarding financial services?
  • How can modern technology help financial organizations compete with FinTechs?
  • What are some strategies that financial services incumbents can adopt to improve their competitiveness in the digital age?
