He has also co-authored a novel on the life of computer pioneer Charles Babbage. Prior to joining Thematic Research, David spent six years editing a GlobalData title exploring the use of technology in the UK public sector. Dawn Stacey-Bradbury is a senior leader specialising in Business Change and Operations within the Financial Services sector. Fiifi Arthur is a Data Science Leader who has built his career in Data Science over the last 10 years working in Consulting (Financial Services, Government, Media, Fashion) and Insurance. In the last 4 years his focus has been on building and leading Data Science teams within Motor Insurance. He is passionate about helping organisations realise the impact of Data Science in all areas of the business. He is a Data Science advisor to a few startups in the technology and property space. He runs a podcast called Let’s Talk Leadership with Fiifi Arthur and runs a data science and leadership coaching business on the side. Outside of work, you will find him competing on local tennis courts in the Wimbledon area of London.

Ian Gatley is a visionary technologist with over 20 years of experience in IT strategy, data analytics, enterprise architecture, technology management, and automation. He currently serves as a Technology Advisor at Correlation Risk Partners, where he consults on IT and data strategy, as well as digital transformation initiatives. With an MBA from Wits University and a BSc in Information Technology Management, Ian is well-equipped to provide expert technical leadership and support for Correlation and their partners. Jeremy has worked in insurance for over 25 years – holding various roles across underwriting, sales, innovation and claims. Starting as an underwriter at Commercial Union, Jeremy progressed through a variety of underwriting and account management roles before taking over running the Aviva sales and underwriting team in Maidstone in 2003.

He moved across to Allianz in 2006 to run both the local Sales and underwriting and Small business team before taking his first head office role in Innovation and Strategy in 2009. He did this for 3 years before joining claims as the Claims operations manager for Allianz – running 5 sites including their offshore site in Trivandrum in India. After 8 years in this role and nearly 15 years at Allianz and now works at Ecclesiastical as their Claims Director.

Jeremy is also heavily involved at the CII – having sat on the Claims Faculty for 6 years before taking on the Chair in 2017. In 2019, as the faculty moved into the Society of Claims Professionals, he became its first Non-Executive Director.

Gary is currently working within Kainos to help insurers digitally transform to deliver better customer and employee experiences across multiple client projects. With a particular focus on elevating the customer and employee experience in insurance by innovating the claims process using Azure OpenAI.

Venura's career has spanned both academia and business, primarily focused around data and technology. After a number of years working within the healthcare sector, he joined LV=General Insurance, as the Data Science Manager and then as Director of Data Science Innovation and Proposition. In this initial role, he has helped to develop the key partnership with the University of Bristol. In doing this, he has maintained close academic ties to stay at the forefront of world class research. In the January of 2022, Venura established the Innovation and Development team for Allianz in order to diversify the business portfolio outside the insurance domain.

Based in the UK, Frank has been with CallMiner for 6 years, during which time we have seen significant business growth in the region. Frank holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and a Higher National Diploma in Telecommunications engineering. He has worked in and around the contact centre and customer experience space for the last 25 years.

Monica has also worked in international affairs and human rights at the European Medicines Agency (EU agency) and the United Nations. She is the author of the book “Building Diversity and Inclusion: From Commitment to Action.”

She holds an MA in Women’s History from Sarah Lawrence College, USA and was a visiting scholar at the Institute for Research on Women, Gender and Sexuality at Columbia University in the City of New York.
