Lewis Jones is a Global Technical Manager at Sensient Flavors EMEA. Within his current role, he is responsible for research and development in Natural Extracts, Sensory and Analytical Chemistry. Lewis has 20 years’ experience working in the food and flavor industry having worked previously for Danisco, Firmenich and Mars. Lewis holds a Master degree in Chemistry and is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, where he is vice-chair of the Separation Science Interest Group.
