Over the past five years, since 2019, Kate has led the fintech and regulatory stream as an external Senior Project Manager at the EBRD, working with local central banks, creating regulatory acts (including the first Ukrainian fintech strategy-2025), and deploying regulatory sandbox legal frameworks. Notably, she spearheaded the deployment of the first global regulatory sandbox under wartime conditions for the Ukrainian central bank, which went live in March 2023.

Her upcoming initiatives include promoting AI adoption and ethical deployment within the financial sector in Ukraine and globally, fostering collaboration between the UK financial sector and the Ukrainian financial sector, and providing academic and capacity-building support in AI and fintech areas.

Prior to joining WWT, Yoni was an Executive Director at JPMorgan in their Intelligent Solutions group, leading a cross-functional team that built data insight products for the Consumer and Commercial Bank. He also spent two years at Opera Solutions, a management consulting firm focused on building transformative AI solutions for Financial Services and Telecom companies. ​

Yoni began his career at the Aerospace Corporation where, for over twenty Air Force and NASA rocket launches, he analyzed massive data sets (from the Atlas-5 and Delta-4 launch vehicles) to identify launch risks and optimize performance. Yoni co-authored the chapter on Liquid Propulsion in the Encyclopedia of Aerospace Engineering.​

During his time at WWT, Yoni launched the WWT AI R&D program in 2018 and currently has two patents pending in the AI space.  He received a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.  In his free time, Yoni enjoys spending time with his wife and twin 9-year-old daughters and playing as much tennis as possible!
