Mike McNear

Mike McNear is the Director of Operations, Site Lead, for the new Catalent Clinical Supply Services site in San Diego, California. As a veteran clinical trial material leader with over 35 years in the business, he has served as a Director or VP for multiple pharmaceutical companies, including Lorex Pharmaceuticals, Abbott Laboratories and Thermofisher Scientific. He spent the majority of his career with Thermofisher where he held multiple titles such as VP of Operations, VP of Client Services, General Manager of the Indianapolis site, and most recently the Global Director of Ancillary Trial Materials. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Purdue University.
