Hotelway provides professional management of guest communication for hotels. Our goal is to improve the guest experience before, during and after their stay.

We build, maintain and update bots for hotel websites. The level of service can be customized according to individual hotels’ needs. We offer fully autonomous service bots that keep guests in closed-loop conversations without human interaction. These bots can handle up to 85% of all questions the guests have, and the more difficult questions can be solved by prompting the guest to leave their contact details for the hotel staff to solve later.

Additionally, the service can be integrated with our Guest Care team of hotel service professionals. They will act as an extension of the hotel staff, providing guests with the answers and help the service bot cannot provide.

The service is extremely lightweight and requires minimal effort for IT work and approximately 2-3 hours of a hotel’s time to get up and running.
